Objective: To help people that have 30 pounds or more to lose achieve a healthy weight, good nutrition and practical, yet healthy lifestyle habits through a safe personalized fitness program designed specifically for you. We want to partner with you in feeling better through cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
Benefits: According to the Mayo Clinic regular fitness training may help you sleep better, boost daily energy, improve your mood and reduce the risks of chronic diseases including diabetes, osteoporosis, high cholesterol and cancer.
Our commitment: To support and encourage you to stay motivated to lose weight and gain better health. This is a “no judgment zone.” We are here for you. We care. Provide you with exercise that is safe for you, but at the same time we will challenge you to get your goals met.
Your commitment: A mix of workouts and instruction 2X’s a day 5 days a week. Through this safe discipline we will be exercising, setting goals, hiking nearby trails, building relationships and developing accountability partners.
Nutrition: There will be food prep demos, guest speakers on nutrition and field trips to various markets/restaurants
