What is Athletes Choice?
Athletes Choice is a Sports Performance Center for youth and adults that also combines family fitness and all your general fitness needs. We also have fitness classes ranging from Circuit Training to Yoga.
How do the group classes for kids work?
We have group classes 6 days a week. We have Baseball, Football, Lacrosse, Speed, Softball and Sport Performance classes. Classes start at 3:30pm and the last class is at 7:30pm Monday thru Friday. On Saturday they start at 9:30am and the last class is at 11:30. Each class is 50 mins long and is grouped by age and sport. With the unlimited monthly package you can go in and out of any of the classes including kids Yoga, Tae Bo, Kickboxing and Zumba. It makes it easy for parents to get the most for their children at a very low cost. Your child can come as often as he or she would like and can take baseball one day and football another, mix and match as you see fit. You have total control of what you want your kids to do. Assessments are done on day one and updated quarterly so you can see your child’s progress.
How do the fitness classes for adults work?
Our classes start at 5:45am and our last class is at 6:30pm. We have classes including boot camps, TRX training, Yoga, PiYo, Kick Boxing and Outdoor Hiking to name a few. Classes go on all day long, but there is guaranteed to be a class going on while your child is training, this way the whole family can get fit! Assessments are done on day one and updated monthly.
Do you have Personal Training?
Yes, we have General Fitness and Sport Specific personal Training. You can do 1 to 1, 2 to 1, and 3 to 1 sessions.
Do you have Team Training?
Yes, teams can come in and the team is trained together to create team unity and get their game stronger together. We also can come to you and train at your facility or field.
What really makes you different than everyone else?
When we first got together and decided to open Athletes Choice we asked this same question. One of the things we all saw was the “hard core” type of training and inappropriate use of weights at certain age levels were getting youth and adults hurt. Sure they were getting stronger and more fit, but they were getting hurt too. We have developed a system of training that not only can you see the same results but you can do it in a safe and age appropriate way. Our team has over 100 years combined experience from playing at the professional level to working at the professional levels. Our team knows what works and you will see that success as you train with us!
